If you're over 35 and struggling to lose fat, I have the solution because that was me.
You see, I was also struggling with losing body fat; it was making me have low confidence.
I knew I could be confident, have a six-pack, and hitting the gym daily.
Why couldn't I hit my stride? I was so depressed, I was so unhappy with my lack of drive or ability to stick to anything.
I hated the gym at this point, I was eating whatever I wanted. My results showed, my confidence showed.
What changed?
Imagine there are two versions of yourself
One version who lives in the past with all your emotional eating, anxiety and depression.
You let the affect you and you are stuck in a hamster wheel
The other version of yourself uses logic.
This logical version of you understand that you have to imagine your future self.
Your future self with a six pack eats 2500 calories and loves the gym
They enjoy waking up and seeing the scale where you want it, seeing themselves in the mirror with a flat stomach.
Now every moment you can decide to direct your attention on the future self or the past.
You get to choose.
Then you get to act.
Do you want to act out of emotion or logic?
Emotion eats whatever, feels bad and doesn't workout.
Logic eats on a plan, loves to workout and sees the results daily and has tons of confidence.
It's that simple
You have to image who you want to be
Do what they would do
Where will you be in 5 years if you don't?
Ok, so now is time to make the decision to change.
